What data we process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional company, selected topic and the content of your message.
Purpose
Your data is used only to answer your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started.
Legal basis
We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, because answering your inquiry is a step taken prior to entering into a contract at your own request. Where an inquiry leads to no contract, the basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in replying to business correspondence. We do not rely on consent, so there is no consent for you to withdraw; the acknowledgement on the form only confirms that you have read this notice.
Retention
This website does not store your message; it is only delivered by email. It is then kept in the studio inbox for 7 days and deleted after that.
Recipients
Your message is delivered to the company mailbox through the email delivery service Resend.
Your rights
The only personal data we hold about you is what you sent us in your message, and it stays in the studio inbox for no more than 7 days. Within that time you can ask for a copy of it or ask us to delete it sooner: write to message@surre.art from the address you used in the form, so we can find your message.
The GDPR also gives you the right to rectification, to restriction of processing and to data portability, which you can exercise at the same address. Where we rely on our legitimate interest, you can object to the processing at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
